Fneish: Syria can deploy troops as long as they do not cross borders

Minister of Labor Mohammad Fneish said, in an interview with OTV television on Friday that the exchange of embassies between Lebanon and Syria should not be discussed with any other issue.
He added that the opposition was not part of the Syrian mistakes that occurred in Lebanon and "most of its current enemies used to be its partners."
He also said that Syria had the right to deploy its troops along the borders as long as they did not enter the Lebanese territories, and any difficulties could be best clarified through direct relations.
