Mokdad warns against attempts to foster differences within the cabinet

Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Ali Mokdad warned against attempts to contrive differences within the national unity government.
"Interior Minister Ziad Baroud made the visit to Damascus after a cabinet decision, with its approval and according to the conditions set by it. So why attack a visit which managed to arrange aspects of the security relationship between Lebanon and Syria?" he asked.
Mokdad said he hoped "these positions are for election purposes only."
